We offer personalized outplacement support for professionals navigating career transitions due to restructuring or workforce changes, with a focus on internationally oriented talent based in Denmark. Our culturally attuned programs—available in English or Spanish—are designed to restore clarity and confidence, while reinforcing your brand as a globally minded employer committed to responsible transitions and employee well-being.
Program Options
We recommend two flexible 1:1 coaching packages, delivered online or in person:

5-hour program – Focused support on key tools and direction

10-hour program – Comprehensive guidance including emotional, strategic, and long-term support

Sessions last 1 to 1.5 hours each.
Recommended pacing: 1 session per week, with a completion period of up to 3 months to allow time for reflection, integration, and sustainable progress.
