GET TO KNOW ME

Hi, I’m Edith, a Career Coach with a passion for positive psychology, self-leadership, and cultural intelligence. Since 2019, I've been guiding individuals to overcome challenges and reconnect with their self-worth and professional identity.

 

I first learned about coaching in an organizational context while working as an operational manager. However, when I encountered a roadblock in my own life and struggled to move past it, it motivated me to further my knowledge and practice. I graduated from a master's program in Coaching and Self-Leadership at the University of Barcelona. The techniques I developed were so successful that colleagues and friends began asking me for help with their own challenges.

 

As an expatriate and mother of three, I understand the complexities of adapting to new cultures and juggling multiple roles. I've lived in Mexico, the United States, Nigeria, Poland and now Denmark, gaining diverse experiences in fields such as outsourced financial services, talent acquisition, team leadership and education.
