PARTNER CAREER & INTEGRATION COACHING
Partner Career & Integration Coaching
When an international hire relocates, their spouse or partner embarks on their own transition—often without the same support. At Atypical Careers, we empower accompanying partners to navigate this life change with clarity, confidence, and a sense of professional identity.
Our coaching is designed specifically for expat spouses and partners rebuilding their careers in Denmark. Whether they’re re-entering the workforce, exploring a new direction, or navigating cultural barriers, we help them find their footing—and their purpose—in a new country.
Program Options
We offer two tailored 1:1 coaching packages designed to support both the career development and personal adaptation of expat spouses and partners. Coaching is available in English or Spanish, delivered online or in person.
10-hour program
Focused career transition support, including job search strategy, confidence rebuilding, and culturally aware guidance.
15-hour program
All the features of the 10-hour program, plus in-depth support on adapting to Danish society and culture—this may include personalized research into local opportunities, events, community groups, or sector-specific information.
Each session lasts 1 to 1.5 hours.
Recommended pacing: 1 session per week, with up to 6 months for completion to allow for reflection, integration, and sustainable growth.
