Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your career coaching session. To ensure fairness and efficiency in scheduling, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client who may be on our waiting list. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the session fee. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notice will result in a no-show fee equivalent to the full session fee. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies may arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled session. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
